In just now attempting a sell similar I received an error message for bad location. When I clicked on tab the Postal Code that displayed was corrupted and showing a partial AB postal code (3 characters) . Your results may vary.

@devon@ebay Is this being worked on? It's affecting Canadian sellers too when you go to revise a listing. Doesn't "seem" to be on create. I found the ticket info attached to the dot com discussion.

I'm expieriencing the same glitch in the eBay matrix and I was just revising and updating this short (V5K) Vancouver Postal Code glitch for all of my affected listings and in so doing I noticed that even after I change the postal code to my proper postal code in the preferences section of the listing it reverts back to the short digit Postal Code. This is even after loginig in and out and deleting browsing history. It seems this glitch is beyond a Sellers control to fix right now and maybe a bigger coding ior IT issue. The Issue is they seem to be at random on everything from Clothing, Comics, Video Games, Cards, some listings show my original Address and some don't. I have tried a bulk edit with item location it did not take to all of the listings and also reverted back. I think the best we can do is wait and hope they can resolve this. I'm really not sure how this is affecting Sales but since the eBay July 31st Tarrif announcement I've had no sales. Even after having two really good months. Clearly this Tarrif business is harming Canadian Sellers and eBays ability to manage the ever changing Political situations and regulations. I do not believe this is eBays fault as I'm sure they are just as on edge as Sellers are by the day to day changes across the world. At this point can we all agree on the fact that the regulators across the Planet make life more difficult for people to do business with each other. So many rules, compliance certificates that we can't even find as the distributors hold these, packaging rules, postal changes in the EU, green energy policies, ever changing tarrifs for varying goods and countries. It's the Politicians that make this difficult, I truly believe it's not eBays fault they are just trying to adapt to this ever changing economic war like us. The IT people have probably have had to make 1000s of changes over the last year. I'm sure that this temporary glitch maybe a way to throttle Canaadian stores prior to August 19th Tarrif deadline because once again everything could change again leaving eBay IT to do more updates and work arounds so this maybe a work around to stop people from purchasing from Canadian stores until the Tarrif and Regulatory dust settles. I think we just have to be patient as the road is going to be rocky for awhile. We just need some political and economic stability and I truly believe eBay can only do so much, they are probably as in the dark as we are when it comes to this ever changing world. So maybe for one day let's give eBay a break and blame the regulators who truly screw up just about everything they touch lol. Try and take care everyone eventually eBay and us will figure this out.. I hope haha..

One of the side affects of this "glitch" is if you have the pick up option attached to a listing it will give buyer an inaccurate location which may change their decision to even want to pick up. This was noted by another seller in the US.

·3 weeks agoI did speak to eBay about this a few minutes ago. It's a strange glitch as it only happens on the revision page, but the eBay main page shows a correct address. We ran a few tests and even after a Bulk edit and some manual changes, the listings revert back to the 3 Digit Code in the revision page after a few minutes. They said to give it 48 to 72 hours then try again. Of course I will try earlier but I will let you know if it gets fixed before then. Have a good day Unique

·2 weeks agoLooks like the Glitch is Fixed I bulk edited my item location and the Postal Code took and didn't revert. So it looks like we are back on :-)
