I accepted a 50% discount for a buyer for 3 Ademco infra-red wireless detectors. Shipping cost went up. It had to go from mail to UPS. I contacted the buyer who did not answer me. I talked to a teammate who suggested me to cancel the sale and reimburse him, and that I would have no problem. Ebay reimbursed and relisted. Buyer made a bad feedback without contacting me. I contacted him again but he did not answer back. I told him he could still buy the stock at the same cost, no answer. I made a claim at ebay to remove the feedback, telling them that they are responsible for what the teammate told me to do. I just got their answer saying they will not do it because the buyer did not ask to cancel the sale, even if it was provoked by their teammate. They don't keep themselves responsible for what their teammates tell the sellers. They dropped my rating by 5% but they say it will not affect my performance level. But for the sales, they don't care about that. It is the decond time a teammate give me the wrong information.
