For all of a sudden, eBay has stopped providing customer support with a follow up phone call and live person chat. I have an ongoing case that has been put on hold. I tried to call them to get the case updated and the Contact Us page always comes up with the "email us" which is completely useless and the representative doesn't even reponse back a day or provide a clear answer.
