eBay's Business Communication to Sellers

Regularly I get notified on items I should Promote, Items where my price is a percentage higher than others and today if I'm understanding their message,
"your listing is being changed in to an Auction from a Buy It Now" because of my sending out an Offer which they suggested.
Well, changed or not, it no longer exists. I'm not aware eBay can change the format of clients' listings. Sell, win or lose, objectives between Seller and eBay can conflict.

·1 month agoI get notified about the part of my listings being higher in price than others, in a regular basis (most of times, with algorithms that are comparing apples to oranges🙄).
I've never seen the second message you mentioned. AFAIK, the only one that can change the format of my listings is me, myself, or I.

OP1 month agoYou are so right; I have a heavy gold Pre War Royal Albert Old English Rose which I was given an estimate value of in certain places, no guarantee. After a few days I decided to add the Offer option but I showed Auto Accept for $110 eBay claims my Auto Accept is too high based on some 90 day sales. There haven't been any identical and besides I didn't have to show an Auto Accept amount, which I since deleted to get rid of their flag. Absolutely bang on to say they are not comparing Apples with Apples; they just want to SELL at any price with no idea in the world what buyer paid or considered what his Total Fee Amount will be with Promotions; that's an aside subject. Thanks.
