Some things to try from a google search:
To block a specific pop-up coming from a particular app or browser application, you need to turn off that app's notification permissions or adjust its built-in site settings.
Blocking Pop-Ups from an Android App
If a specific app on your phone shows annoying ads or pop-ups:
Open Settings on your device.
Tap Apps and select See all apps.
Find and select the specific app causing the issue.
Tap Notifications and toggle off Allow notifications.
Go back and select Uninstall if the app is unnecessary or malicious.
Blocking Pop-Ups in Google Chrome (Mobile)
If the pop-up appears while browsing inside Chrome:
Open the Google Chrome app.
Tap the three-dot menu icon.
Tap Settings.
Tap Site settings.
Tap Pop-ups and redirects and make sure it is turned off.
Return to Site settings and turn off Ads as well
