Does anyone gets this message in red at the top of the product when you are done just before posting. Everytime i open to edit any of my products already posted I get this message. it is very frustrated it. I have posted about 50 items with no problems and out of no where i get this message. No issues before. Now this happens to every item i open to edit. Most of my items are 2 lbs and measurements 10x8x5 inches. I'm new with ebay and don't know what to do, please help...

·4 months agoIf UPS Standard for domestic shipping is a service being offered, sellers are getting this error now.
This is happening when you apply or save, so this might not be your issue if it's happening when you simply open the listing/draft.
If you use business policies for shipping the error does not indicate UPS as the issue, just that it's the dimensions.
If you do not use policies it will indicate UPS Standard as the issue in the red banner.
Temporary fix until ebay fixes this is to remove UPS from domestic shipping services in the policy for the listing.
If you try to add UPS back to a policy, the policy update will fail, and listings put into a COPY of previously working policy. So you would want to wait until it's fixed before adding UPS back to avoid this if it is your issue.

Check to make sure the units of measurement haven't gotten switched (American vs metric).
