Mission Impossible: Connect with a real agent - Hacked account?
Summary: pon_5043 reported their account was hacked and, being outside Canada, they are unable to reset the password or contact a real agent for help. They experienced several failed attempts to reach customer support, with calls disconnecting or audio issues, and had to create a new account to post about the issue. They also expressed concern about a pending order expected next week and are seeking advice on speaking with a real person at the company.
I received an email that my account was hacked. I'm currently not in Canada and I'm unable to reset my password.
To make things worse, I can't connect with a real agent. I wasted already couple of hours trying to resolve this. 4 calls today and they all get disconnected after a minute or I can't hear the agent.
I had to create a new account just to post this topic.
I am waiting for an order that should be arriving next week. Is there any way to actually speak with a real person at ebay about this?
Thank you!
