For over 25 years, eBay has been powered by small business. This year, we’re pleased to support CFIB’s #SmallBusinessEveryDay to celebrate the local businesses that shape your community.
The Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB) launched the #SmallBusinessEveryDay contest to encourage Canadians to support local businesses and to speed up the recovery from the shock of COVID19. To enter, participants can send a thank-you note to their favourite small businesses at SmallBusinessEveryDay.ca for the chance for them and their favourite business to win weekly prizes.
How it works:
- Canadian customers can send a thank-you note to their favourite eBay Canada small business or local business on SmallBusinessEveryDay.ca from Jun 28-July 25. They can enter every week during the contest period
- Every week, one lucky small business will win $10,000 cash, gift cards, and a 1-year CFIB membership. Plus the Canadian customer who thanked the small business winner will also win $2,000 cash to shop locally, plus gift cards from eBay Canada, Scotiabank, Mastercard and Dairy Queen
- Plus 100 local businesses will each win $2,400 cash prizes from Microban 24 to help in reopening safely

*NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open June 28, 2021at 7:00 am ET to July 25, 2021at 11:59 pm ET to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. Four weekly prizes available each consisting of: one cash prize of $2,000 CAD, plus gift cards valued at $470 CAD for winner and one cash prize of $10,000 CAD, plus gift cards valued at $470 CAD for nominated independent Canadian business. The number of prizes will diminish as awarded each week during the contest period.Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in the applicable week.
