In our 2023 Winter Seller Update, we will continue to invest in making eBay a vibrant and trusted marketplace, we’re adjusting final value fees in some categories to help support improvements to our marketplace.
We’re also expanding the per-order fee credit to when you voluntarily issue a full refund to a buyer, and helping your listings stand out by making our Buy It Now listing upgrade for auction-format listings and the Scheduled listing upgrade free for all eBay sellers.
