"eBay said the credit will not be immediately reflected on the site but will be included in sellers' billing statements in late September."
That reminds me of a recent email reply I got from them when I comlained that I wasn't getting the FVF refund when I relisted and resold items that ended in a non paying bidder.
"You may not get refunded right away, but within 60 days your account will balance out. Please be patient. Also, when you relist, eBay will inform you that "the item does not qualify for a listing fee credit even if it sells the second time". That's not true, ignore that. We are aware of this glitch and are working on it. Thank you."
Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.
