10$ fee on a new account.

Got charged 10$ without noticed by ebay on my debit card, i have not bought anything. Nor did i receive anything to explain the fee. Anyone know whats up?

Ebay wouldn't bill you $10 for nothing you bought.

Is this in your Purchase History? 

Is this in your Paypal Account Activity?

Sometimes, fake invoices are used to lure unsuspecting people into clicking a 'cancel order' which then mines their data. Those don't come from ebay or paypal, they just look as if they do. Have you had any sketchy messages lately? Don't click any embedded links.

What does your Purchase History say you bought? If you left your account logged in on a computer, or your app logged in on an iPhone, you might be surprised to learn what children or other members of your household did without your knowledge.
