14.99 Android tv box. Scam or not?

I bought the Android TV box from him just now. There are other listings from the same seller which seems to be too good to be true e.g Go Pro recorder and Samsung Galaxy S4 for 19.99. I didn't check the other stuff that he's selling before I made the purchase and I think it's a scam. I'm new to eBay and I didn't know that this place is very dangerous

Today was a holiday in most of Canada, and it looks as if the mods and bots were out skating or tobogganing or just watching the figure skating on TV.

Most of you will be seeing a note tomorrow from eBay about how these sellers are Not A Registered Seller and that you should not pay them.

Don't panic.

Go to the Resolution Centre up on the right under Customer Support and file a Not As Described dispute. In the text box say that the seller is NARU.

You should have your money back fairly quickly.

And repeat after me "If it looks too good to be true, it probably is."
