170 dollar used iphone purchase

I was just wondering if anyone had purchased one of the 12 iphone 5s phones(same picture same item condition in every listing) that were sold for buy it now of $170 dollars from the person in dunkin bc? I have not paid for mine yet because it would appear the item might be to good to be true. That and the emails back and forth to the seller have been few and far between and quite evasive. Also when the contact information was checked.I called the number no one by the sellers name was living there...I don't know what to do at this point because ebay have sent me a notification to pay..also the seller did have a Alienware i7 3rd gen which sold in immaculate condition for a buy it now of 450 cdn..help!!

" it would appear the item might be to good to be true"

If you think like that, why did you buy it?

If you do not pay the seller, he will most likely file against you in order to recover the fees eBay has already charged him for the transaction (eBay charges sellers a heavy fee the minute an item is sold, regardless if paid or not).

Eventually, by not paying you earn a "strike" on your record.

A few strikes and you may lose your privilege to transact on eBay.

In fairness to all sellers, next time you see something "too good to be true" hit the "back button" instead of the "buy-it-Now" button to regret or question your decision the next day.

Report the seller for 'false or missing contact information', report the listing for being possibly fraudulent.

There is no such place as Dunkin BC.

Report the seller for false contact information.
