$20 coupon ebay promotion not working?

I received a promotional message from ebay. By activating the offer, I was eligible to receive a $10 ebay discount coupon if I listed an item before June 24th. And if the item sold before July 4th, I would receive another $10 coupon.

I activated the offer, and listed the item on June 20th. I sold my item today (June 22nd), and I have not received these coupons from ebay?? Will it take them time or was it false advertisement from ebay? I'm not sure if anyone else is having this same issue. Should I call ebay or something? Any advise is appreciated, thanks

Read the offer you received from eBay (fine print).  It should tell you when the $10/$10 coupons will be credited to you.

I'm exactly in the same situation. there is no info about when I will be credited!

I am not too sure how the $10 one works.  I used a $20 coupon and it worked for me.  Hope it works out for you.
