Hi .. I think you are referring to feedback . Means member has received 40 feedback but has not done any buying/selling for the past 12 months. ( no feedback for any)

If you want to see how those 40 feedback went, you can check them on toolhaus. a very useful site for seeing the negs and neutrals accumulated by a member.
