50 Free Listings in 2013

As far as I am aware, we still get 50 free listings each month on ebay.ca.  This morning, I listed a few items and got charged the listing fee.

I had a store in December.  I kept track of my free listings as I posted them.  I used 5050 and 50 U.S.  All free.  Is this a new change or did someone make an error?

I was aware of that.  As I said, I seem to have been getting the 50 free on .ca and .com even when I had a store. I kept track of my 5000 lisitngs.  After I had used my 5000 plus an extra 50 on .ca, I was able to list another 50 on .com (without any listing fees) each month that the 5000 promo was on. 

I know what the policy is supposed to be, but it seems that, at least in my case, I still got the extra 50.

Which is why I was still expecting it in January.  Only out a couple of bucks.  When you consider that I used all my free listings each month of the promo, I am definitely ahead of the game.

Just listed my free 50 items on January 7, 2013 and this is eBay's new Insertion fee policy that no long has the end date of 12/31/2012: http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/insertion-fee.html#free  

"Insertion fees are free for your first 50 auction-style listings per calendar month. Buy It Now is also free when added to these 50 free listings....Stores listings are not eligible for free insertion fees."  Read the full policy before listing because you will be charged for upgrades, multiple categories, certain categories, and sub categories.

Puck, I think you confused two different free listing offers.

You were getting the 50 free in the Sports Cards category.  See the links that Pierre posted.  That offer was open to both store and non- store sellers.  It ended Dec. 31. 

That is not the same as the 50 free auction listings that non-store sellers still get every month.
