First the milestone - I just hit the 2000 mark for total positive feedback! Wheeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!
Now the compliment - On Monday mistermum and I decided that we should probably give an eBay store a try. Seemed like a good place to park stuff that didn't sell at auction and give it some exposure. So ... Monday afternoon I made the leap and got a start at setting up a store. Tuesday morning I got a phone call from an eBay Account Manager with Seller Outreach who spent over a half-hour with me, walking me through several quick improvements and giving me a lot of hints for enhancing and promoting the store. Afterwards he sent me an email covering several of those same points, a ton of links to other ways to get help, and 3 pdf files that amount to a mini course.
I was really impressed with that kind of customer service and the promptness that it was offered, and thought I should let everyone know. We spend a lot of time bashing eBay - we should also make sure to give praise when it's due!
