ANYONE KNOW WHY MY NEUTRAL DISAPPEARED?

Hi Folks,

Okay 3 cheers for ebay's new feedback system...who's with me????..(crickets)....ok then....

I got a neutral from a guy yesterday who didn't pay for 3 weeks, I shipped his item immediately after payment was received, he got it quick and was thrilled with it, but decided to leave me a neutral because I filed NPB after two weeks because he hadn't paid. You know, the usual good reason....today however, while the comment is still there, the neutral disappeared from my monthly score, so I have no neutrals showing. Anyone know why this happened? Did I miss something when I decided to not really read about the new changes??

I have a few customers whose negs and neutrals (left within the last 12 months) have disappeared.

Am presently researching this strange phenomenon...

I can see your neutral comment and I see 1 neutral in your 30 day numbers.

I got 2 responses back. Looks as if in both cases, buyers filed for INR with PP and lost.

Coincidence or is that how it works?
