Ad choice program

Unable to opt out of the ad choice program no matter what I do.  Have been having huge problems loading the 'my ebay' page and the 'long running script' keeps showing up.  Was hoping the getting out of the ad choice program might speed things up.

I have gone to the site preferences page and opted out of the program numerous over the past 15 hours but it does not work either.

The option to Sell in US$ does not work either.

I don't know if the Ad Choice thing is part of it but the site has been super buggy in the last 18 to 20 hours. I can't open any Sales Records right now. Other users are reporting oddities too. Try to clear your cache, log out, restart, the works. Take the dog for a walk. Send your partner to the store for a bottle of wine. It might be a long night. 

Likely, it will sort itself out by tomorrow? I hope so.
