Adding a ship from address

I am a Canadian seller.  I have a courier who takes my packages over the border to mail from a US address.  How do I add this US address so American buyers can calculate shipping?

For starters, if I was shipping from the USA I would be listing on ebay.com in USD. Then you would have immediate access to Calculated Shipping via USPS.
