hi i bought last month of april 130 salwar kameez and sarees with seller from india i spent around $1000.now yesterday i saw seller is no more longer registered with ebay,so what can i do, i did not receive any shipment from seller,i try to contact with him but hi did not give me any response,
please help me i want my money back from seller and thanks for telling us
let me know what i do and what you need from my site,i am provide all payment transection here .tell me what i do thanks

Open a case in the Resolution Centre for Items Not Received either through ebay or paypal. Mention the seller is not registered anymore. This may facilitate your speedy refund.

Skip the suggestion that your Contact the Seller. If this was a problem like Item Not As Described, it would be polite and useful, but not when the seller is Not A Registered User (NARU).
Ask eBay to step in and escalate to a claim.
If the seller cannot prove Delivery (not shipping, delivery) you will be refunded.
The Paypal Resolution Centre is at the top of your PP account page under Tools.
Again, skip the Contact Seller suggestion and ask that you be escalated to a Claim.
