Interesting...............first the wording says by invitation only.....but under Eligibility it reads "This promotion is available to ALL sellers." ........poor choice of words.  Then it goes on to clarify "The promotion is activated with the sellers qualifying Ebay user id.

I haven't received that promotion so far but when I looked at my ebay page I noticed another promotion...one that I won't be able to take advantage of as it only affects fvf fees over $100.

I wish eBay would have made that promotion available in the Stamps category. I have several (low margin) large face value lots $5,000+ I could list knowing the fees are limited to $100.  However, eBay in its wisdom has decided to ignore the "Stamps" category for this promotion lasting over three months.

Lots will be offered and sold off eBay to regular customers/dealers.
