Any Mac users achieve success with Canada Post EST Shipping tools?

Can anyone currently using a Mac tell me if they're ever managed to successfully purchase and print a shipping label directly through Canada Post and their Ship-in-a-Click or EST Business Centre?

Yes.  

I'm sure you have a VentureOne number so use EST online and not Ship-in-a-Click.

There are still some problems but it's much better than it was a few months ago.

What browser? Ship-in-a-click is irrelevant since I'm looking to print the Tracked Packet labels that PayPal doesn't acknowledge as ship-to locations through Canada Post.

I use Safari not Firefox but I'm sure Firefox would work too.

BTW:  What do you mean when you say that paypal doesn't include tracked packet to some locations which are really are available?

I use Safari too but last time (years ago) I tried to print the label after I bought it and it calved, taking me months to get my money back. I wanted to make sure it will work prior to purchase but everything on the website and according to tech support says no.

Tracked Packet serves 31 countries plus the USA but PayPal Shipping only knows about half. The original 11 or 17 and none of the ones added in the past year such as Italy..... no option available. I've called PayPal twice. Anyone who wants to lend their voice to the choir is welcome to join me.

Try EST again.  I tried it a few months ago and gave up.

The site was down a few days while they fixed some of the problems and it's much better now.

I didn't know about tracked packet issues.  It's too expensive for most overseas locations but now and then I have a pricier piece to ship so good to know.  Thank You.

I cannot even log into my Solutions for Small Business account using safari.

Safari works for me.  Are you able to log in using Firefox?

I have not yet attempted with firebox. Are you, by chance, using an older version of safari?

I'll try again the next time I have a Tracked Packet label to print for one of the countries that paypal shipping likes to think doesn't exist.
