Yup, this place is quickly turning into a mall that increases the rent and fees to tennants, but then stops doing all marketing to bring people in....
There is one of those just down the street from where I live, it was built in the 70's and filled with stores... Didn't do anything to reinvent itself but kept increasing rents and fees and very quickly traffic and tennants left... Out of about 80 available store fronts, I bet they have 10-15 merchants and even the tennants that remain feel like they are part of a big flea market....
I should take a picture of it with the large parking lot and only a few cars parked and send it off to Meg....
