Non-store FVF rates are a flat 10% for any eBay Category.
Store FVF rate varies from 4% to 9% depending on the eBay Category.
it does not matter if you use auction format or Fixed Price format.
If list in two eBay categories, the FVF rate is taken from the first category.
There is a FVF for shipping and it uses the same rates as above. However, what shipping cost is used to calculate shipping FVF is a bit complicated. eBay tries to minimize shipping FVF on more expensive International shipping costs so it will take the lower of the first domestic shipping cost or the international shipping cost.

Do not forget that PayPal will be taking $0.30 flat fee plus 2.9% of the total transaction value (item price + shipping + sales taxes if you charge this)
