For PayPal and Pitney Bowes attention:
Incomplete Canada Post Small Packet USA return address (don't know if this applies to other Canada Post services). Last seen August 16.
Example seller address:
YPDC Dennis
Unit B
99 Sales Ave
Cambridge, ON, N1R 4A4
Before printing, all info is shown correctly by paypal, but when I print the label I get:
YPDC Dennis
Unit B
Cambridge, ON, N1R 4A4
for the return address. This is not desireable. The printed return address, if the package ever had to be sent back, will fail. And it's not as if Pitney Bowes has a shortage of blank space to print the address. This is a programming and Quality Control failure (speaking as someone who has dealt with computers for over 40 years),
Current work-around: Hand write the missing part of the return address.

Hi ypdc_dennis,
Thanks for the report. I have passed it to PayPal.

A seller received an offer for an eBay store for 25% off for four months. But the prices are for old store rates.
The sellers called eBay and the prices are incorrect and was given the correct store prices. The promo needs to be corrected (as usual for eBay.ca promos).
In my opinion the stated rates in the email should be honoured as it is false advertising to "bait and switch". Most companies would honour the email rates for anyone who received the email until corrected. What will eBay.ca Canada do for this seller?
Hi pocomo,
I have alerted the promo team of this. Thanks for reporting.
Any comment on eBay honouring the prices in the email? Most companies honour advertised prices until corrected. At least for those who received the email and joined as a result of the email like musicyouneed did. Surely a company as large as eBay would follow established business practices that most companies follow.
I'll let the promo team make that call, so it's better for me not to comment.

I ran some tests (tried Sell Similar, Relist, etc.) but could not get the SYI form to default to Like New. If you see this happen again can you drop me a line so I can take a look before you revise the listing?
Thanks!
