Automatic Emails.. how do you turn them off?

A long time ago I somehow set my emails to send everyone a message when we had a postal strike going on and it let them know when it would be over, etc... well, some buyers are STILL getting that email (I thought I shut it off), but now after spending close to an hour looking, I can seem to find where I would turn this notification off?  Anyone have a suggestion or know how to do this?

Is it an ebay message or from Seller Source Book, the tool you use to list with? Most likely SSB so check your options in SSB.

Thank you for the suggestion... I just looked into that and it's not SSB.  I don't actually launch my listings from SSB. I just use them for their image hosting and creating my templates. Thanks though.

Are they getting this on the ebay message system or by email?

If it is through ebay messages, it must have been set up in out of office email response and you can turn that off at
