Anyone ever come across the following?

Tried to buy from a competitor and got the "blocked" message. As this fellow is a good customer of ours, I emailed a "huh!".

His first response was that he would never block us.

His second response an hour later was "OMG!" "All of my customers of the past years are on the list!" He has no idea how this happened, and I do believe him.

I've heard of stuff disappearing from BBL's before - never heard of what happened to you.

Might be worthwhile to talk to LiveHelp or your ebay rep about it on Monday - if it's happening to you, it's happening to others.

They might have to pull the technical guys in on this, so call during business hours. -------------------------------------------------------------------

The "No profile" thingy might be because those people have been NARU'd or deleted - try searching their names and see if you get anything. -------------------------------------------------------------------

eBay support said they never of such a thing.

For Toolhaus, it's some glitch on their side. Today I get:

31 Invalid User IDs Found - The box below contains valid User IDs.

which is an improvement over last time as it leaves about 20 found as opposed to only 3 from last time.
