Well another new ebay user has once again hit me with an unwarranted negative feedback! I know this topic is getting stale, but I need to vent!
Buyer wins auction, sends 2 payments for one item and expects to get two items, how dumb is that? I am sick and tired of these new ebayers leaving feedback that is totally unwarranted when the problem can be fixed with communication. In this case, the buyer leaves me a negative feedback saying Paid for two cards received 1.
Checked back on Paypal payments and indeed there was 2 payments made for the same item so I refunded one of them. Why would anyone send two payments for the same auction and expect to get 2 cards? I am ready to pull my hair out!!!
I was checking multidistributors' most recent feedbacks and the same thing there! Low feedback bidders leaving unwarranted feedback. Frustrating to say the least!
I wish I could block anyone under 10 feedback rating! They make up 90% of dumb feedback comments, negative feedback, and neutral feedback. I would've had less negs by now.X-(

First e-mail sent from him:
"You charged my paypal account for 3 Sydney Crosby cards and sent only 1. Why would you charge me 3 times and not send me all 3 cards?? I need to report this as fraud to ebay as well as my bank. How can you do business like this????"

My reply:
"I don't charge you anything, I do not know what you are talking about? Please explain and I may be able to fix this. I cannot charge you more than what the item was sold for. That is all I invoiced you for....you better check your end first. And quit making accusations like that it will get you in trouble.
Kelly."

His reply to above:
"trouble? Like how? This is going to cuase me to lose my home, my car, my friends, my life? Trouble? Are you threatening me? Do you want to explain what trouble? I am anxious to know how a guy named Kelly is going to get me in trouble.
LMAO"

And another one:
"
Your way of doing business isn't cool. Too bad more people don't catch your shady way of stealing money. If someone charges someone for merchandise never recieved, that counts as fraud in my book. Maybe you need a refresher course in business, eh?

Anyone, whatever.

Nice card, too bad I will buy more from other dealers, not you."

Now explain to me if you will how I have de-frauded this guy. The onus is not on me to make sure he pays once for his auction. I don't check for that, because it hasn't happened to me until now. The auction was for one item not two. What a DORK!

Ok, since were all venting- How about the buyer that buys one item with a BIN, on one day, AND two days later buys the same item with a BIN (we have multiple item auctions) and then pays for that item immediately.
So recap- TWO auctions- FOR SAME ITEM- both purchased with BIN (same buyer)- ONLY ONE AUCTION PAID FOR.
The Second auction, that was paid for, was sent quickly to buyer, and received.
As both items are the same, the buyer cannot figure out the difference, and presumes that his first item has arrived.
And inquires as to where his SECOND PURCHASED ITEM is.

Ok, now try taking the time to explain that he has received his second purchase, the one that he paid for. AND, that the first item he purchased was not paid for, so therefore it was not sent.
Throw in English a second, or third language- and let the fun begin.

Ouch! that is another tough one! I would probably end up with another negative if that happened to me.
