Hello,

I have a question regarding bids. I recently placed a bid on an item however, soon after placing the bid there was a message stating that the, "item has been outbid" I was under the impression that meant, there was someone who placed a higher bud than mine. I just got an email stating that I had won a bid which makes no sense if I was outbid. If someone can clarify this me that would be very helpful and thank you in advance 🙂

It looks as if you just purchased a screen protector...could you have received the email for that purchase?

But if it was for an auction item, its possible the person who outbid you withdrew their bid making you the winner. We can probably tell what happened if you can give an item number.

Thank you for your reply. I actually didn't win the item. I got an email stating that.
