I bought and paid for an item. After several weeks, the item did not show up. I contacted the seller who refunded my purchase. Days later, the item arrived. How do I pay the seller again?

Send the payment through to the buyer's email address. You can do this directly from the Paypal site after you log into your own account.

Use the Paypal SEND MONEY service.

Hello. I just received an item yesterday that I purchased 2 months ago. I received a refund a few weeks ago. I just contacted the seller to send me an new invoice which they did and today I made the payment through paypal.
