Just wondering about this return item. I usually don't sell clothes buy I listed a used cashmere scarf. I thought it was in good shape but the buyer wants his/her money back because the scarf is "broken" Shows a photo of a loose thread. I didn't notice any loose threads when I inspected the scarf before I listed it.
When I click on the photo, I had to go to ebay that was in Chinese writing. Even though I post I only sell to the U.S. and Canada. This person lives in Florida, looks like they didn't read the description properly. Or maybe the scarf is to well used.
Anyways, I sent this out from the U.S. and I want it sent back to my home in Canada. So I couldn't print a shipping label for them.
I agreed to the refund. I've never had an item sent back for refund. The buyer wants to know how long it takes to get a refund. Is it as soon as I get the item back?
Thanks.

Refund once the item gets back. Regarding the Chinese writing they could be a buying/forwarding service for buyers in Asia or a buyer using said service.

This person lives in Florida,
No.
You shipped to a forwarding company in Florida. This is usually not a problem, many Asian buyer use forwarding services.
Tell the buyer to return the item for a full refund and that you will refund immediately.
It takes a few minutes to find the Paypal transaction and click a few buttons. Easy.
When it gets back-- and given the cost of return shipping, it may not be returned-- refund and relist with a picture of the offending thread.
Hmm - China? or Japan? The Japanese seem to have high standards.

Florida, Delaware, and Oregon are all common locations where forwarding services locate.

Thanks everyone. I didn't know about those shipping services. I mostly collect and sell hockey and baseball cards. So nobody was getting cards forwarded to China or anywhere else.
