The soonest you can open an unpaid item dispute is 4 days after purchase.
Are you doing local pickup? Ask for cash, if so.

yes hes picking the unit up and I was told by Ebay customer service must be threw Paypal or I be suspended or banned from here. cause I cant leave feed back and they got no proof that $ was gotten.

Cash at pick-up is eBay legal (if you offered local pick-up in the listing).
PayPal is also good because then YOU have the money and the buyer must come to YOU at YOUR convenience.
FYI - Buyers do not have any protection and cannot file an INR claim if they pick-up in person.

Rodney, do not listen to that. That is wrong info.
Customer wants to pay cash on pickup is perfect. You are not going to get banned, suspended, neutered, or forced to cheer for the Leafs.
