Buyer getting message about shipping cost not being specified for their location on my listing

A user in the US is getting the following message on one of my listings:

"One or more of the items below cannot be purchased because the seller has not specified shipping costs to the location selected.

Change your address or remove the items to continue.
You may also contact the seller for an exception."

My shipping policy is worldwide, and I even have specific shipping methods listed for the US. So in my mind, there is no reason for the user to be getting this message from my listing.

Can someone explain what is going on?

It's possible that the service you chose and the USPS equivalent don't have exactly the same dimensions.

Go to your listings that use that CPO service . Change your location to USA 90210. See if you get the same message as your customer.

If you do, try this.

Go to Revise and change your dimensions by a single centimetre. Then check the shipping again.

There is a more sophisticated method, but I find this usually works. It does not change the rate.
