? Buyer/seller feedback?

This is somthing I noticed but dont understand. Please explain this. The buyer says not as described, didnt receive item or received somthing other than what was ordered and leaves negative feedback. Seller gives positive feedback in response to the same transaction.? Why. This I found while checking in there feedback section. Positive, nuetral or negative ratings.

Hi..symplesymonsezzz.. The disconnect is timing. Sellers can only leave a positive feedback, no neutrals or negs.

Many sellers leave feedback on receipt of buyer's payment or when they have shipped. Later on item didn't arrive or was not as described and negative is given seller.

It is fair to say that not all negs are deserved. Buyers do not always give sellers a chance to resolve before posting feedback.
