Buyers Remorse

Hi, I usually do not argue with my customers, what do you do when a customer has buyers remorse, and take it upon himself to ship the item back, demanding refund..Smiley Indifferent

I am confident my item is a great item, well described and well worth the price paid for.. Buyer fabricates "damage" how should I handle this? Other than refund...Smiley Sad

I always specify terms of refund on the invoice, and I never refund shipping. Open a case with ebay and you will probably get your selling fees back if you have a good case.

Only refund the item price when you get the item back.
