The only increase is every January.

We already pay $6.20 it took effect January 15.

In the past couple years they have instituted the light packet increase in AUg (which had been announced and aborted a couple of times for previous mid year months), added the fuel surcharge mid year (and further adjust it every couple months), and now the April increases (to make up for the ones they forgot in Jan)
