Can eBay look on my PayPal transactions?

Hi, I have huge problem with buyer. He bought from me a game worth $374, he didnt complete checkout, marked payment as sent and nothing. I opened Unpaid item case and received final value fee credit. Few days later he opened Item not received case and escalated it to customer support and he want full refund. Now they have 48h to make decision. Do you have any info how this works? Money shoud be pending on my account right? But they are not. Are they able to find out if he paid or not? I am worried that due to Buyer protection they will decide that I must refund his money which I didnt receive. What do you guys think? I will be glad for any help, thank you.

PayPal and ebay will know if he paid.  Hope this get sorted out quick and don't loss any sleep over it.

I thought a buyer couln't file item not received dispute is they haven't paid.

In any event, the buyer has to prove you were paid which they can't. I do not know what type of questions they ask of you in a claim. If you can, indicate the buyer never paid and has an unpaid item strike against them.

You should be able to tell the Dispute that the buyer did not pay and that you opened and won an Unpaid Item Dispute. Give the number of the Dispute into the text box.
