Can't revise listings.

I need to revise a few listings but  can't.  This is the message that pops up:  Congratulations! You've successfully registered as an eBay seller.

Getting same when I try to list.  Anyone else experiencing this?

I just relisted one item using sell similar and revised another item and everything worked fine.

I also did a sell similar without a problem. That is on .com.

Everything is back to normal.  Maybe it happened because I changed my password.
