Canada Ebay Bucks even though ebay says they are bring this program back to Canada on July 5, 2017, I do not see any indication of it on my Ebay page or even any indication on any for sale items, are they bring it back or not and what indications will we see on our My Ebay page so we can follow how may ebay bucks we Have?

Mine is on my page but it is only good in Canada and the US. Why Europe is not included beats me!
