My Canada Post rep was in the office Friday . For those whom file Insurance claims often but not alot.

This means you file insurance claims , but are so darn busy you often forget some ?

Canada Post now has a from you can fill out on line for insurance claims on damaged items

Meaning you can file once a weeks on thier online Canada Post site

Would you be able to direct us to the link or page where this form is located? Tried to find it today without any luck. When we called a damage claim in, we asked the rep if this could be done online. We were told no. Typical Canada Post response.

We contacted Canada Post on Friday about the changing our Agreement # to the Powerseller Discount agreement and were told we couldn't and would have to apply online. Looking at the other threads about this topic confirms that there are a lot of discrepencies on what is told and what actually is.
