I always enter the Canada Post tracking number on Paypal after shipping a parcel. For the past couple of weeks, when I click on the number to check the shipment's status, all that comes up is an error message, Is this happening to anyone else?

Which CP service did you use to send the parcel...expedited?
Did you check the tracking number on canadapost.ca? The problem could just be at this end.

Some parcels were expedited, some small packet with tracking and some domestic. The parcels can be tracked from the Canada Post site no problem. It used to be that I could click on the tracking number I had entered on the Paypal site and it would relate the status of the shipment. Now when I click on the tracking number entered on the paypal site I get this message......
"Service cannot be reached"

You're right, I just checked one of my packages and I can't see the tracking from PP. I can see it though if I click on the ebay link.
Small packet doesn't have tracking.

Probably has to do with the major revamp Canada Post recently did to their website. PayPal tends to be really slow about fixing links -- I think the last time the Canada Post links were broken it took paypal over a year to fix.

Actually, PayPal has little to do with it. It is only the payment agent, nothing else.
The postage printing program in Canada and the USA is administered by Pitney Bowes under contract from eBay.
