Canada Post discount rates

I've recently been added to the Canadian powersellers program and have been hearing that Canadian powersellers receive discounts with Canada Post. Is this true, and if yes how do I go about getting this discount? Thanks!

I use a good ol 10lb mechanical food scale. For 95% of what I ship, it works perfectly.

With the fact that the automation discount is now 3%, and they only upped small packet rates OVER THE COUNTER (i.e. not for those of us with contracts), this is something to look into.

As much as we may hate CP, we have to ship somehow, and CP still ends up being the cheapest.

I'm going to correct post #10 where I said there is no discount for Small Packets. In their rate hike they introduced commercial pricing levels, which are the old Small Packet prices. As I said in the post above, they only upped small packet rates OVER THE COUNTER (i.e. not for those of us with contracts).

So to confirm javax you are contract is the online Powerseller arrangement?
