Canada only Filter for Item Location no longer working

Anybody else experiencing this? I have saved searches for items with the Item Location filter of "Canada Only" turned on. Yesterday, March 3rd, 2014 this was working correctly, but today, March 4th, 2014, results include items from the states where the seller is using the Global Shipping Program.

Anybody know if this is an eBay policy change - or a technical glitch?

Try using advanced search - only items in Canada. That is working tonight.

Search or advanced search does not work. Is this a ploy by eBay to get Cdns buying again from US sellers. Since the GSP came about my purchases have been 99.9% from Canada only. If this **bleep** continues 99.9% of my purchases will be from Kijiji.

Yes I am having the same problem, a glitch??? More of a nuisance than anything especially since I do not wish to be overwhelmed by a bunch of ridiculously high GSP rates

In the advanced search Location section;

"Located in" -- if you select "Canada"  -- search does seem to work properly

"From preferred locations" -- if you choose "Canada Only" -- does NOT work
