CanadaPost Light Packet on Paypal

I ship a lot of stuff light packet to the states and worldwide, I like using the paypal shipping option for my packages but since I use #000 envelopes I cant as I cant put the regular labels on them..... anyone know if paypal or CP plans to address this by making smaller labels or even small 2 part labels so i can do this

Also another thing i noticed with light packet if I take my packages over to the post office if i spend over $5 on total shipping to the US i dont pay tax.... meaning my packages cost $1.86 a piece but if I do under $5 it cost me $2.12 a package.... now if i ship light packet through paypal i get charged the $2.12 as i can only do one at a time.... any chance paypal may allow a discount if you say mail over $5 of packages in one day?... or hell even 1 Hours would be fine

If Paypal is charging you 26 cents on a parcel I'm going to assume that you live in NS, NB or NF and are being charged 14% HST. If you are registered for the GST/HST the 26 cents is what the Ottawa types like to call an Input Tax Credit and can be deducted from the GST/HST collected when you send in your GST/HST tax return. If you have more Input Tax Credits than you have HST/HST collected you get money back from the Government - not quickly but eventually.

When I file my GST tax return online I generally get the refund in 2 weeks or less.

Some people file quarterly, or even annually.
That is a long time to wait to get your money back.
