Cannot Ship International Order

For 2 days now I have tried, probably 20 times, to create a label for this order...370836814076. Going to Chile

I can input all the information and get up until the point on PayPal where I go to pay for the label and I get the "PayPal is not available, you were not charged" and all the rest of that message.

Now I'm of course not new to that message and usually just go back a page, try again and voila it works but it won't work and hasen't worked now for 2 days and like I said have tried around 20 times to print and pay for this label.

I have done the cookie/cache clear and all that fun stuff.

This was a listing I put up through .com and is actually my first international order on .com as I've previously always listed on .ca but decided to take advantage of my 500 free listing also on .com. So I'm guessing perhaps I've maybe screwed something up??

This happened to me a few months ago and I couldn't figure it out. Eventually after calling Ebay and then Paypal I discovered the the address as it was presented in Paypal was too long on one line. I believe you are only allowed 20 characters per line of text including spaces. Make sure you have a correct copy of the address beside you and then you may have to edit the address to conform to the correct length of line.

Ugh! You were right and I thought of that as a possibiliy BUT in the past I swear I'd get an error message not letting me get past a certain point without telling me I needed to edit the "Shipment Details"

I believe you're right. I'm sure the other time it happened to me a few years ago the error message I got specified what the problem was. Now it says shipping is not available.  Glad that it worked.
