Cannot upload photos in message to another user

I purchased an item that was damaged in shipping and I am trying to attach photos to the seller of the damage. I have followed all guidelines of ebay size and other requirements and get message "server error. please remove and try again". I have tried multiple computers with same result.

Any solution?

Send an email to your seller instead of using eBay's messaging system.  You should not have any problem attaching a normal size attachment to your email.  If your image is too large, reduce its size.

The seller's email address can be found in your PayPal payment.
