Claim against Global Shipping Program

I bought a book under Global Shipping Program to Canada. The book  arrived damage due to bending.

The shipment was clearly repackaged by the Global shipping centre as none of the seller's labels were on it.

Instead of using Cardboard to reinforce the package, they only use a soft bubble plastic envelope and that's it.

If I am filing against the GSP, do I just go through paypal dispute?

Sorry to hear your book arrived damaged. Items purchased via the Global Shipping Program receive the same protections as other items purchased through eBay. 

eBay Buyer Protection and PayPal Purchase Protection still apply. Hope that helps.
