Hi everyone. The buyer for one of my listings (250138725179) claims they can't find my tax information for Canadian buyers. I think it is pretty clear in my listing but they say they have looked twice and can't find it and had someone else look and can't find it. They are now refusing to pay GST for the item because they can't find it in my listing and are filing a complaint with ebay.

Can some of my fellow Power Sellers take a peek at my listing and let me know what you think and if you think I "have a leg to stand on"? Thanks in advance.

Thanks, I thought I was losing my mind. The buyer's telling me they want Ebay to get involved because they can't find this in my description. I'm not sure how they are going to involve Ebay. I've printed off the listing and highlighted the section and I'll mail that to them. Hopefully they'll clue in.

It depends upon which browser you are using.

It can be seen in Explorer. However, if viewed in Firefox for some reason nothing other than the description can be seen. Everything below it starting from the following is not visible.

I'm pretty sure it's a coding error. I looked at your page source and it is REALLY messed up with lots of irrelevant, repetitive HTML. Are you using some sort of WYSIWYG program?

I see it. But it sounds like Monique is on to something. If I were you I'd eat the gst this time because this person sounds like headaches not worth the $3-4 in question.

Eat it this time, save yourself some grief and fix the problem for next time.

Hi, thanks for everybodies feedback on this. I think Monique is onto something. The buyer sent a PDF of my listing and my entire Payment and Shipping Options Section is missing! Yikes! I will be eating taxes for all my listings this week.

I use Turbo Lister 2 and do lots of cutting and pasting. This is not a good thing! I'm thinking some of you may have this problem too!
