Combined shipping discounts are a mess and not functionaing properly

This may be an issue with others that list on both .ca and .com.

I list in US dollars on .com and offer discounted shipping for multiple purchases.

I list in Can dollars on .ca and offer discounted shipping for multiple purchases.

This is what it shows when I look at my .ca preferences:

Buyers can send one combined payment for all items purchased from me within 7 days.

Discounts will be applied only to items listed in C$

I use Turbo Lister and it will not pick up the combined shipping for .ca as there is no choice and I can't pick anything as it is greyed out.

Is this a glitch, a problem with combined shipping on .ca, a problem with using .com and .ca or what. This all started with the ridiculous conversion to Can dollars lately.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated as I am getting thoroughly PO'd with all the issues since Ebay is forcing us to switch.

I contacted TL support and what I was told to run Install Complete Version Update every couple of weeks because I am using .ca and .com for listings.

That will fix these type of issues.

I ran it and now able to select combined flat rate discounts and it worked for listings created today.

I edited all active listings and am now running sync so all active listings are fixed.
